Due to the heavy rainfall that occurred in early July, there may be operation cancellations and major schedule revisions on some sections of JR Kyushu trains. If you have already purchased a “Minna-no-Kyushu Ticket”, JR Kyushu is handling refunds, so please contact the Train Reservation Information Center if you wish to cancel your ticket.

How to buy “Minna-no-Kyushu Ticket”?

You can make reservations and purchases at the “JR Kyushu Internet Train Reservation” at least three days before the start of your journey. Once you’ve completed the procedure, pick up your ticket from a ticket machine at a major JR Kyushu or JR West station. To reserve a seat, operate the ticket machine on the spot.
